OZ Architecture recently participated in the groundbreaking of 250 Columbine, a $100 million mixed-use development in Cherry Creek North. The celebration took place near 3rd Avenue and Columbine Street in Denver, CO.
The new development, being built by Western Development Group, will include an 80,000 SF office building, 70 condominium residences, about 30,000 SF of retail space, and underground parking.
250 Columbine is expanding opportunity for locally-owned small businesses in the Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District by creating retail spaces and adding office space and residential activity to a currently underutilized block. The project will utilize high-end materials, sustainable features and design principles consistent with the Cherry Creek North Design Guidelines.
