OZ Architecture has been recognized as a finalist for A Create Award from the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts. The award recognizes OZ’s creativity and innovation in the RiNo Arts District particularly on our work on the INDUSTRY project. The master planning/core and shell project consisted of 120,000 square feet of office, 427 apartment units, and several restaurants.
The Office building was developed into a creative cluster workspace by renovating the 3001 Brighton Blvd. and 1855 29th Street warehouse buildings and utilizing the existing adjacent parking. The Office Building was 65% pre-leased during master planning and 100% leased upon completion.
