The Sonnenalp Club in Edwards, Colorado will play host to Chef Kelly Liken’s newest adventure: Harvest by Kelly Liken. The renowned Colorado chef who has a knack for locally sourced fresh ingredients, sold her existing Vail establishment, Restaurant Kelly Liken, in order to pursue new culinary avenues. Marrying the concept of fine dining with harvested food at what is known as “Vail’s most iconic hideaway” is a match sure to delight future customers. This restaurant will be open to the public.
The Sonnenalp Club will also house a brand new fitness facility and outdoor pool deck.
