Catalyst in The Coloradoan

The city of Loveland plans to bring vitality back to their downtown area and OZ designed, Catalyst, will do just that. The Coloradoan recently covered several aspects of the planning progress in discussion with OZ partner, Jay Hardy from Brinkman.

OZ is committed to creating a worthy asset to the 2.5 city block site and to use the opportunity to transform downtown by appealing to Loveland’s culture and character.  South Catalyst will be the key stimulant to both the economy and the community and will include characteristic residential units, a five-screen movie theater, a convenient parking garage, and a lush green central plaza. We look forward to renewing Loveland’s thriving and vibrant downtown atmosphere.
