We were thrilled when Western Development selected OZ to bring their mixed-use development to life in the premier neighborhood of Cherry Creek. This would be the first condominium built in Denver in over a decade and it required a new take on design. OZ found it essential to address the values of residents and the community after the drastic shift in the market and the city-scape of Denver. The anticipated residents of 250 Columbine included young professionals and older house hunters looking to downsize, customize their space, and have access to the buzzing shops and restaurants that are unique to Cherry Creek. With 71 customizable units, office space tailored for cohesion, and the connection to exclusive retail and restaurant spots, OZ created a compelling design that complements the area’s live-work-play lifestyle.
