Lead Marketing Coordinator

General Role Description

This role leads people within a high-performance culture and mentors individuals to inspire their best performance.  The Lead Marketing Coordinator is an excellent manager of process, procedures, tools and technologies.  Communication and presentation skills are paramount.  This person coordinates efforts for all of the firms’ marketing needs that include developing, producing and implementing project specific and non-project specific marketing deliverables.  This position requires a personable candidate with the ability to assist all roles in the firm with presenting OZ’s services in a brand compliant, differentiating and compelling way.  The individual must have strong leadership and management competencies as well as tight organizational skills.

This position Reports to the Director of Marketing and has leadership responsibilities for Marketing Coordinators and Assistant Marketing Coordinators.

Department Development

  • Help the effort of fostering marketing within the culture

  • 4 year B.A. or B.S. in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • 5 or more years of marketing experience in the A/E/C industry
  • 3 or more years of experience in leading marketing people / teams
  • Proficient in various computer applications
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
    • Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
    • Deltek Vision (preferred, not required)
  • Strong graphic layout capabilities, creativity, skills and graphic sense
  • Strong copy proof reading capabilities
  • Understanding of Social Media Applications
