929 Pearl offers 16,000 square feet of multi-tenant office space in Boulder’s West Pearl community. The goal with this project was to maximize tenant amenities, including an outdoor patio with an operable wall to the conference room, a living room/ break room combination and showers with lockers. The owner’s sustainability goals were achieved with low flow fixtures, energy efficient lighting, environmental materials and solar panels over the patio. A local artist collaborated with the owner to design pieces specific to the space. In the end, the interior design successfully integrates a hospitality environment with a corporate office environment.
