The Brighton community has a rich agricultural history, with a wide-open location in the plains north of Denver. This heritage is reflected in their Boys & Girls Club, with barn and grain silo shapes forming facades that face the multi-acre site. With a game room, gym, computer lab/technology center, kitchen and dining area and arts and crafts center, the Club is a busy center of activity after school and during the summer months. A teen center with a separate entrance extends the age range for Club users, providing different areas with different amenities as members mature. Brighton citizens were active fundraisers for their Boys & Girls Club, helping to build one of the busiest clubs in the metro area.
