Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) had been in their downtown 5-story building for over 25 years and was committed to transforming the space to reflect their collaborative, fun culture. OZ facilitated a visioning process with leadership that led to new ways of working and guided the new workplace strategy. Engagement with staff revealed an active, diverse and connected group. The new design creates small neighborhoods of teams, allowing each employee access to daylight and downtown views. A variety of space types encourage staff to connect in central coffee bars, informal meeting spaces and quiet areas.
