A not-for-profit provider of active adult housing, Golden West Manor added Flatirons Terrace to their existing 3.5 acre campus. The 54 market rate apartments comprise a new independent living community in a true neighborhood setting. The project underwent a rigorous permitting and entitlements process, ensuring the design fit Boulder’s vision for the 28th Street corridor, the major gateway into the city.
