One of Denver’s oldest neighborhoods, the Scottish Highlands National Historic District is the site of some of the most innovative residential architecture in the region. Highland Park occupies a prominent block in this area, fully utilizing available space with both grace and efficiency. The mixed-use building contains 126 residential units and amenity areas, parking, commercial space, and offices for the national headquarters of Corepower Yoga. Because of the area’s historic designation, the project underwent a stringent Federal approval process.
OZ has been a wonderful team to work with on this project – imaginative, practical, innovative, and cost conscious. Especially in this perilous economy, I want to express my enormous gratitude to you and your associates. I have enjoyed the opportunity to learn from you, and have been inspired by both your technical skills and by your ability to manage this complex, collaborative effort.
