The Mainstreet Aurora’s rehabilitation facility is truly a one-of-kind addition to the company’s portfolio and provides a resource for future buildings.

Construction for this 70,000 square foot property includes 100 patient rooms and a state of the art rehabilitation gym. The gym offers ample room for physical therapy and fitness maintenance which are both key to a successful recovery. Additionally, a putting green allows guests to have fun and relax while staying active. A traditional dining area is complimented with a “grab and go” deli and pub on-site to give residents and visitors a variety of dining options.

The interiors borrow concepts from the hospitality industry to create a resort-like experience for patients and visitors. Medical components are hidden and comforting features are highlighted within the space to create a restful environment. The facility also promotes alternative transportation with several public bike racks and a shower.
