The former Blue Ash Airport in Blue Ash Ohio is set to develop the 209 unit Life Plan community in one of the neighborhoods of the new Summit Park development. The goal of the Life Plan community is to give the residents the comfort of home with a hospitality focus and several levels of care. The building was two strong corners which house the communities amenity spaces and anchor the building in the urban setting. The design emphasizes a facade engaged with the beautiful and newly completed Summit Park, which draws visitors from all over Ohio.

The 258,500 SF building is comprised of five levels. Level one includes two memory care neighborhoods interconnected by a wandering Garden. Level two focuses on the Assisted Living community. It includes another dining area with outdoor seating as well as a multipurpose room. Levels 3-5, are dedicated to the Independent Communities, which include an additional dining room, lounges, a learning, and technology center, and a library.
