On Monday, Trimble CEO Steve Berglund and Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper cut the ribbon and launched the grand opening of the new Trimble Office Building in Westminster, Colorado. The company, currently based in Sunnyvale, CA now have 470 employees based in its Colorado Office.
Trimble is a pioneer in the field of location-based solutions, with a portfolio of more than 1,800 patents. As a leading manufacturer of construction survey technology, their regional office building is a unique opportunity to showcase their products. OZ was part of an innovative team-based process to streamline design and construction, using a full complement of Trimble technology.
The workplace is designed to foster collaboration that in turn supports continuous innovation. Breaking from their previous mix of closed private offices and open office space, the new floor plan features a wide variety of conference spaces and styles to support the completely open office. The building expresses the entrepreneurial Trimble corporate culture, while remaining flexible to accommodate change.
