Aria Apartments won the Infill category at the 2015 Colorado ULI awards event. The winner of a Mayor’s Design Award in 2014, Aria was built on the site of a Catholic convent and girls school. Aria’s master plan calls for a mix of related uses including affordable and market rate apartments, for-sale townhomes, and a mix of development along the site’s west edge including retail, commercial, and educational uses. Designed to appeal to multi-generational residents, the first phase features 75 affordable housing units composed of flats with two-story stacked townhomes above.
