OZ to lead master planning for Denver’s World Trade Center Global Campus

OZ Architecture has been chosen to lead the master planning for the new World Trade Center Denver Global Campus in River North (RiNo.)  It will be a mixed use, transit-oriented development – one of the few in Denver – and will serve as a major catalyst for the area.  It is also expected to help elevate the city’s profile on an international level significantly.

OZ played a key role in assisting WTC Denver with the visioning for the project and will develop the master plan for the extensive campus, to be anchored by a flagship hotel. The development will also include approximately 250,000 square feet of best-in-class office space for both large and small businesses from around the world, an international business and conference center, a flex-work environment, an array of multicultural restaurants, diverse retail, an art gallery, and a parking structure. The WTC Denver campus will create an important hub to help attract a dynamic global business community to Denver and encourage collaboration across continents.

Ground breaking is anticipated to start in 2017, with phase one completed in 2019.
