BusinessDen reports Brooklyn Boulders is going into a newly designed space in the RiNo neighborhood, just steps from the OZ Architecture office, where plans are under way for the design of the new space. Construction is predicted to begin in the fall with Pinkard Construction as the general contractor. More than 34,000 square feet will be dedicated to the immense climbing gym, not including additional mezzanine space. The 32nd and Walnut corner will be transformed not only into an integrated gym, but an active co-working space seeking start-ups aiming to blend productivity with activity. The building is anticipating a retail tenant as well.
