In Q4 of 2017, post-acute property Mainstreet at The Suites will open in Loveland, Colorado. Mainstreet is one of the largest developers of health care properties in the United States, with a reputation for creating warm and welcoming short-term rehabilitation facilities for patients transitioning from hospital to home.
The Mainstreet developers selected OZ Architecture to complete the exterior design of this facility, which encapsulates 70 beds over 50,000 square feet. The OZ Senior Living team executed a design that reflects the building’s stunning natural backdrop of the Rocky Mountains and Long’s Peak, through strategic material use of stone, fiber cement siding and panels, and warm earth tone finishes. The interior design will align closely with the established Mainstreet blueprint, with contemporary touches and closeted medical equipment which creates resort-like experiences for patients and visitors alike.
The location’s proximity to the Medical Center of the Rockies at Centerra will offer a convenient care option for patients who require advanced follow-up care or subsequent hospitalization during recovery.
OZ’s contribution to the Suites at Loveland help to further Mainstreet’s world-class facilities, offering northern Colorado short-term rehabilitation patients a comfortable, scenic setting during recovery and beyond.
