Jim has spent his 30+ year career in Colorado designing multi-family, civic, institutional, and commercial projects. He has a special interest in revitalizing historic buildings and celebrated landmarks, as well as urban infill projects of all types. A Denver native, Jim is active in the Denver community, most recently as vice-chairperson of the Denver Landmark Preservation Commission, a member of the Denver Planning Commission and a board member of the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Denver. In 2010, he was made a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, in recognition of lifetime achievement.
