Envisioned as a mixed density neighborhood, the two sites of Arbour Square provide both a smooth transition and a strong linkage between existing commercial/retail main street development and future residential areas.  The project combines a 244-unit courtyard apartment building with 56 townhomes distributed between the two sites.  The courtyard building features a seamless extension of the Orchard Town Center main street by incorporating an aligning public paseo.  The distinctive architectural design echoes the Wrightian influences of the Town Center to extend the area’s urban character.  In close proximity to the adjacent commercial area, Arbour Square completes a truly walkable mixed-use urban village.
