Once the site of a Catholic convent and girls school, the northwest Denver location of Aria is a prime one for high quality development.  Aria’s master plan calls for a mix of related uses including affordable and market rate apartments, for-sale townhomes, and a mix of development along the site’s west edge including retail, commercial, and educational uses.  Designed to appeal to multi-generational residents, the first phase features 75 affordable housing units composed of flats with two-story stacked townhomes above.
