OZ Announces 2022 Promotions

OZ Architecture is pleased to announce the promotion of seventeen leaders within the firm.

These individuals have been recognized for their excellent work and essential contributions to the firm’s reputation for design excellence around the world. They represent a wide variety of practice areas and projects and exemplify OZ’s up-and-coming leadership.

The newest Principal is Darcey Vertuca. Principals exemplify leadership in their project work, teams, and strategy. In addition, they build and maintain outstanding relationships with clients and embody OZ’s mission, vision and values carried through in their work.

Lorne Bourdo, Jake Levy, Matthew Post and Robert Willsie were promoted to Associate Principal. Associate Principals oversee project work and execution. They serve as a leader, role model and mentor for other staff and enhance the firm by offering specific technical talent as a resource to the company.

Darrin Jensen and Christopher Rokahr were promoted to Senior Associate. Senior Associates exhibit internal and external leadership qualities to enhance core business elements. They develop and demonstrate exceptional knowledge and skills internally and externally that advance the firm.

Ten employees were promoted to Associate. Elizabeth Cerny, Kelly Gavlick, Kristen Hodges, Erin Hoffman, David Knapp, Kelsey Madden, Leah Mathers, Natasha Narowski, Narisara Sarobhas and Jonathan Yates were promoted. Associates participate at a highly engaged level of teamwork and have an exceptional ability to carry work forward. Their quality of work is outstanding, showcasing creativity and innovation in their area of expertise.
