OZ Architecture Awarded Top Workplace 2022 by The Denver Post

Winners of the Top Workplaces honor were selected based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

Our goal has always been to make sure that OZ is a place that promotes a pioneering spirit of innovation, an attitude of openness and collaboration, environmental and community stewardship, and staff empowerment in the pursuit of design excellence. Over the last 50+ years, we have evolved this practice for limitless possibility, and together, we are shaping the built environment for the better and enhancing the human experience in communities across the U.S.
