Rick Petersen on Stok's Second Annual CRE Trendwatch Panel

Last week marked the second annual CRE Trendwatch event in Denver presented by Stok, a global real estate firm. The evening featured an array of local panel experts including OZ Principal and AIA Fellow, Rick Petersen, who honed in on the local challenges and opportunities in Denver's development, design, and construction industries. Skilled labor shortage, building performance, and revamping the design review process were just some of the issues and trends discussed.
