Edgemont

Located in the Steamboat Springs Ski area of Colorado, Edgemont is a luxury ski-in/ski-out resort composed of 2 main lodge buildings and 7 duplex residential buildings. OZ incorporated a “western ranch” vernacular into the design, blending with natural mountain elements and the existing architecture of Steamboat Springs. Lodge A and B house 109 for-sale high-end condos, ranging from one- to four-bedroom layouts. Amenities include a pool, hot tubs, outdoor playground, fitness club, and media room. The buildings cluster in a series of simple structures, reminiscent of the farmstead complexes found in the area.

Reflecting the surrounding ski area, OZ integrated a “down mountain” aesthetic for the interiors of both lodge buildings, with modern finishes, yet rich in depth and sophistication. Gorgeous leathers and wools, metal accents, stone, and wood elements were selected to reflect an authentic mountain experience and bring a sense of luxurious repose.
