Giambrocco

Giambrocco is a transit-oriented urban neighborhood that provides a full range of living and working options and is connected to the city by the 38th and Blake light rail stop. Located in the center of RiNo, the Giambrocco development mixes historic and new buildings to maintain the neighborhood's eclectic nature. The development is a mix of repurposed and new buildings. New office buildings will have places to collaborate and foster company growth, and plazas and public spaces harken back to original produce street stalls where people gathered and socialized. New residential towers bring a 24-hour lifestyle to a neighborhood connected to Denver through the transit stop.
