Glenn Miller Ballroom Renovations University of Colorado

The Glenn Miller Ballroom provides a venue for a variety of events including campus events and a variety of community events. This community engagement helps to raise the visibility of the University Memorial Center and CU Boulder beyond the student community and to the Boulder citizenry at large. Throughout this renovation, the project team was very careful to include all CU entities in the process of the project construction as it related to shutdowns, noise during working hours, etc. Furthermore, precautions were taken to ensure that all surrounding spaces could function without interruption during construction such as noise and dust containment, drip and leak protection measures and frequent/open communications with all parties.
