Max Flats, Colorado State University

Max Flats set the tone for future development and revitalization of Fort Collins’ Mason Street corridor. The project is strategically situated along the bus rapid transit system and helps foster multi-modal connectivity to campus activities and downtown retail development. As the first project to meet the City’s renewal goals, Max Flats is defined by notable architectural features: a bold color scheme, exposed steel structural canopies, rich brick and stone facades, sustainable green walls, and exterior patios for informal gatherings.
