Four Seasons Telluride: Luxury Resort Meets Alpine Splendor

A Vision Inspired by Nature
The design of the Four Seasons Telluride is a harmonious blend of luxury and nature, drawing inspiration from the panoramic views of the ski area and peaks that define the mountain town. Capturing the spirit of Telluride, the new property will cater to those seeking a permanent or temporary connection to this mountain haven.

Stacked stone elements, vertical wood accents, and articulated metal roofs echo the local aesthetic. At the same time, enhancements like an expanded pond and restored wetlands further celebrate and preserve the beauty of the Telluride landscape.

As the architect of record, OZ Architecture is collaborating with design architect Olson Kundig and interiors firm Clements Design on the project, which Merrimac Ventures and Fort Partners are developing.

Elevated Hospitality in an Unmatched Location
The Four Seasons Telluride will feature 52 hotel keys, 40 hotel residences, and 28 private residences, and an exclusive retreat for those seeking the pinnacle of luxury living in the Rockies. The 4.5-acre parcel, including the adjoining pond lots near Mountain Village Center, represents the last remaining snow-front location in the Town of Mountain Village.

The hotel and residences promise unparalleled amenities, including ground-floor retail, ski-in/ski-out access, a fitness center and spa, a private residents’ club, an indoor lap pool, and an outdoor hot tub.

With new walking paths, a pedestrian bridge, and activated plazas connecting the new development to existing spaces, the design prioritizes community integration while fostering a vibrant atmosphere. Intentional design through high-performance materials and a chalet-style restaurant invites guests to embrace Telluride's year-round beauty, whether skiing down pristine slopes in winter or exploring hiking trails in the summer.
