OZ Architecture’s Eaton Street Affordable Housing Project Under Construction in Westminster

April 17, 2018

One of OZ Architecture’s latest projects is bringing more affordable housing to Westminster. The Denver Post recently covered the redevelopment of the former Westminster Mall, which will include OZ Architecture’s apartment housing project, Eaton Street affordable housing. The project broke ground in December of 2017.

This new development will include 118 affordable housing units, which “will be open to people making anywhere from 30 to 60 percent of the area median income,” writes the Post’s John Aguilar. Eaton Street’s amenities will include a rooftop deck, outdoor patio, community room and exercise room. The plans also call for street-level retail stops.

Eaton Street will be just one important component of the Downtown Westminster development plan, all designed around community and walkability. Eaton Street affordable housing is currently under construction and slated to open to residents in the summer of 2019.
