Our expanded office at 3003 Larimer St. brings the entire team together under one roof for the first time in 60 years. This 24,000-sf adaptive reuse project transforms a historic industrial building into a modern, collaborative workspace that reflects our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and community. Original features like manufacturing cranes remain as design elements, complemented by hospitality-inspired spaces, flexible work zones, and curated local art. Highlights include a magnetic gallery wall of architectural models and the immersive “Igloo” projection room for interactive project walkthroughs. More than a workplace, this space celebrates our history while positioning us for the future.
