Carraway on Penn

Small but mighty, the primary goals behind the design of Carraway on Penn, a 42-unit property in Denver's sought-after Platte Park neighborhood, were to blend seamlessly with the setting and cater to its three distinct frontages. Consistency was our guiding principle. The building embodies refined details and a well-thought-out approach, resulting in an experience more akin to a boutique hotel and a creative living space than its counterparts. We've intentionally addressed how residents arrive, rest, store their belongings, and interact in shared spaces, creating a truly unique living environment. Carraway on Penn exudes a sense of permanence, strikes the right balance in scale, remains unassuming, and makes the most of its prime corners.
