Eaton Street Apartments are an integral part of Downtown Westminster, featuring 118 affordable housing units, open to anyone making 30-60% of the area median income. Formerly the site of the Westminster Mall, the apartments' amenities include street-level retail space, a community and exercise room, and an expansive elevated deck for social gatherings. This project conceals one of the primary parking structures within the masterplan, provides much-needed housing, and offers residents a variety of living unit options ranging from walk-up townhomes to three-bedroom units.
