Gravity Haus Aspen

Nestled in Aspen’s historic downtown, Gravity Haus Aspen reimagines how people connect, work, and play. As Architect of Record, OZ partnered with Studio Lemonade and Gravity Haus to transform this 1976-built space into a vibrant clubhouse. The project balances historic preservation with bold, modern design and features public amenities and exclusive member experiences. Public offerings include a street-level coffee shop and restaurant, maintaining ties to the broader Aspen community. For members, the club offers coworking spaces, ski lockers, a fitness center, and a lounge serving meals and après-ski. Set within the Historic Preservation District, Gravity Haus Aspen met strict guidelines and addressed critical updates, including a reinsulated roof, ADA upgrades, and energy-efficient enhancements.
