Lumin

Lumin is designed to complement the breathtaking mountain views of Snowmass. The themes of fluidity and transparency create ample space for large gatherings and entertainment. Wide open interior spaces flow seamlessly into large exterior decks, each overlooking the plazas and skating rink. The custom, rich-grained hardwood floors and ceilings contrast with the clean, light stone, cabinetry, and metal accents throughout–creating a feeling that you can only find at Snowmass. In addition to LEED Gold and Certified Healthy designations, Lumin was designed to encourage a healthy living environment by facilitating exercise, incorporating mood-enhancing natural daylight, and using sustainable building materials including low-VOC paint, carpet, insulation, trim, and others.
