Inspired by the site's natural beauty, Terra Boulder is designed to be experiential and connected to its surroundings; every design choice is deliberate. By splitting the buildings into two and opening them to the west, the project offers mountain views and a strong connection to nature while maintaining state-of-the-art facilities. This split-form approach is crucial for leasing flexibility and highlights our commitment to preserving and improving the site with a focus on sustainability, community integration, and economic viability.
