2400 Central

Located in the heart of the Flatiron Office Park in Boulder, 2400 Central offers 2 stories of commercial office space expected to begin construction in 2022. OZ’s largest design drivers were sustainability and the activation of amenity spaces.

The design team increased the amount of landscaping and incorporated a large array of photovoltaic panels into the design. OZ also stacked multiple forms, offset with cantilevered elements to outdoor amenities on the upper levels. Architecturally, the building merges concrete panels and clear glazing to form a simple yet elegant look, appropriate to its place in the park.
