Atria Westminster

Atria Westminster is a welcoming independent/assisted living and memory care community that offers thoughtful amenities and care for older adults to live well. The community includes 30 memory care resident units and 107 independent and assisted living resident units. The building is situated on three and a half acres of green space and is directly adjacent to a 27-hole golf course and Westminster City Center. This provides excellent connection to the outside community, as well as offers opportunities to bring the community in. Amenities include a welcoming café and lounge, a restaurant with outdoor patio, colorful courtyard, salon & fitness center, bright four seasons room, library, theater, and a sky lounge & deck with breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. The use of natural materials, rich color palette, and maximum daylight allows residents, families, and staff alike to enjoy a vibrant yet comfortable interior environment.
