The Foundry

Ten years in the making, The Foundry is a work of art that transformed Loveland’s historic downtown by revitalizing three underutilized city blocks. This new development in the heart of Loveland’s historic downtown district is a catalytic project aimed at revitalizing the area with a special focus on supporting the vibrant art-centric culture which is the pulse of the city.

As part of the team’s vision it was imperative to create, within an urban context, a sense of place with a central plaza between the two residential buildings and the heavily traveled streetscape that serves it. This centralized outdoor urban square has become a primary feature of The Foundry design, creating a destination for families to gather and an active place for artists and performers to share their creativity.
