Frameline Breaks Ground: A New Multifamily Development

Designed for developer Narrate Companies and under construction by MCP Group, our new 78-unit high-efficiency apartment development at 4225 E Hale Parkway has broken ground. Frameline provides the practicality of modern design tailored to the needs of the predominantly medical workforce in the Hale neighborhood and 9+CO redevelopment.

“Frameline is located in an irreplaceable location, putting major employers, shopping, and dining right at residents’ doorsteps,” said Adam Fenton, Principal, and Founder of Narrate Companies. “We couldn’t be more excited to start construction on this project and provide the community a high quality, boutique living experience that currently doesn’t exist in this neighborhood.”

The 100,665 gross square foot building includes a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, ample tenant storage, a dog spa, a 1,700-square-foot fitness center, and an elevated community room with an outdoor living space overlooking Hale Parkway. Frameline’s public amenities encourage engagement with the surrounding residential and fast-growing neighborhoods, providing an active environment along the historic boulevard and bicycle routes. Inviting outdoor amenities include a living green wall, elevated gardens, and a biophilic front porch line the historic parkway.

“With the design of this project, we wanted to create a gateway between the past and future of the neighborhood,” said Nate Jenkins, Principal and Urban Living Practice Area leader at OZ Architecture. “We’ve thoughtfully maximized every opportunity found on the site and its adjacencies, conceptualizing a design that seamlessly couples the residential and urban landscapes while connecting the diverse context of the area. The property is intentionally clad in timeless and durable materials, keeping a level of design that will age gracefully over time. We look forward to seeing this community come to life.”

The project is slated for completion in 2025.
