OZ Projects Rank Among Colorado’s “Must-See Buildings”

March 12, 2018

USA TODAY recently published an article on 25 must-see buildings in Colorado selected by AIA Colorado member architects. This list includes three prominent OZ Architecture projects right here in our home state:

  • The Basalt Regional Library, for which OZ Architecture partnered with A4 Architects to create a community gathering space for Aspen Valley and Western Slope residents.
  • The Broadmoor Hotel, the longest-running Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond property in the world. OZ designed the new Broadmoor West Residence, Broadmoor Brownstones, and Broadmoor Golf Cottages, and renovated the Broadmoor Laundry Building and the Ranch at Emerald Valley.
  • The United States Air Force Academy Cadet Chapel, first completed in 1962 and designed by Walter Netsch of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, features including 17 spires and a steel frame that is comprised of 100 identical tetrahedrons, each 75 feet long. OZ Architecture has been involved with ongoing renovations.

We’re so proud to have our work and collaborations featured alongside some of the finest structures in the state.
