OZ was chosen because of its experience with world-class brands like Four Seasons, which have exacting needs for the design as it relates to the guest experience. OZ’s leadership in hotel renovation and ability to refresh properties for current, discerning guests is a critical skill. OZ has experience working with both the Town of Vail and working on phased hotel renovations, both of which require precise planning to ensure key guest areas, such as the front desk and the village access, is seamless and convenient during the construction.
“Four Seasons Vail draws visitors from all over the world so ensuring this property has a modern, stylish appeal is critical for it to remain a top destination,” said Rebecca Stone, managing principal, who specializes in resort areas. “Working with several interior design partners, we intend to bring new design ideas that complement the stunning setting while delivering a sophisticated atmosphere.”
The tailored mountain modern design will incorporate clean, contemporary lines, paired with organic textures and colors, harmonizing with Vail’s breathtaking mountain landscape.
