Located at one of the East Boulder commercial market's most transitional and impactful corners, 5505 Central is OZ’s latest Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) project, blending CLT and steel in a modern, two-story office design. This hybrid building connects 55th St and Central Ave, serving as a gateway to the area’s evolving workplace community. Highlights include a glazed exterior stair, an open outdoor deck, and an amenity-rich plaza. Features like IPE wood decking, bike parking, permeable pavers, solar panels, stadium seating, and custom metal paneling create a sustainable, vibrant workspace that enhances the site’s landscape and invites local talent and activity.
