Arapahoe County Library District Community Co-Working Hub

After the pandemic, Arapahoe Library District incorporated a new workplace strategy and policies to re-purpose space in their administrative building. OZ led “Community Conversations” and did extensive visioning and programming with the leadership to develop and design an innovative, re-purposed administrative building that supports the community’s business needs. More than half of their space will be transformed into a co-working touch-down space, formal and informal collaboration spaces, a podcast studio, a video studio, and a large 100-person community multi-purpose/event space.
