Art District Lofts

The Art District Lofts sit between Denver’s Santa Fe Art District and Lincoln Park, blending the art district's vibrancy and the neighborhood's cultural context. OZ designed the building with a white base reflecting Santa Fe’s artistic energy and a formal gray façade, nodding to the simplicity of Lincoln Park's heritage. The project offers attainable living with studio, one-, and two-bedroom units ranging from 415 to 950 square feet. Large windows provide abundant daylight and views, while amenities include an elevated pool courtyard and rooftop deck with 360-degree views. Ground-floor retail space, artist-designed columns, and a transparent storefront create a lively, pedestrian-friendly environment.
