Aspen Club is 135,000 sf of resort fitness, wellness, spa, and sport-therapy combined with fractional ownership residences – all nestled into the Aspen Valley along the Roaring Fork River. OZ’s designed blended classic to modern and captured luxury, quality, and comfort throughout the design and in every detail. The design aligns with the rising commitment to wellness and takes the lifestyle focus to the next level offering everything from a full fitness club, a swimming pool, massage therapy and skin treatments to guest services such as ski storage, housekeeping, grocery delivery services, a complimentary airport shuttle, and a private members lounge and roof-deck.

OZ integrated several sustainable features into the design, including an energy-efficient ground-source heat pump system, healthy, low-emitting building materials, and site lighting that meets Dark Sky criteria to lessen the impact on local wildlife. Aspen Club is pursuing LEED and WELL certification for the site.
