OZ created the master plan and vision for this two-block destination for Crescent Real Estate LLC, capturing the city's unique style and attitude and shaping a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly hub. The Class A office building rises above retail, dining, and a public plaza and offers outdoor decks, a communal garden, and panoramic views of downtown and beyond. It was designed to blend seamlessly with the district’s architecture and balances scale, proportion, and materiality. Paired with the adjacent luxury hotel, Circle Bar, Emilia’s restaurant, and Canyon Ranch Wellness Center, it is a destination for business, culture, and connection.
