FalconView is located on a 19-acre parcel in Colorado Springs. It benefits from premier unobstructed views of majestic Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountains. At this residential complex, we had the opportunity to turn the traditional suburban 3-story breezeway plan inside out and created large outdoor patios and balconies that take advantage of the amazing Colorado climate. Close to the renowned Air Force Academy, residents can also watch the beautiful gliders flying basically overhead.
