OZ partnered with MIG to transform the Alpenrock Hotel—formerly The Great Divide Lodge and later The DoubleTree Breckenridge—into a reimagined mountain destination. Now part of Hilton’s Curio Collection, this reimagined 1980s icon blends contemporary luxury with Breckenridge’s rich history and alpine charm. A striking new entry leads to a two-story lobby with panoramic mountain views, custom Rocky Mountain-inspired sculptures, and inviting gathering spaces. Sustainability was a priority, from preserving the original structure to integrating energy-efficient systems, dark-sky lighting, and EV chargers. Thoughtfully designed amenities—outdoor hot tubs, Edwin’s wood-fired restaurant, and refreshed guest rooms—seamlessly connect guests to the landscape and enhance the experience. Hotel Alpenrock Breckenridge is a bold new chapter in elevated mountain hospitality.
