Kindred Resort

Kindred Resort is Keystone’s first major development in 20 years, completing the River Run base area with a modern, amenity-rich expansion. Inspired by Colorado’s outdoor beauty, OZ designed a sustainable, energy-efficient hotel aiming for Green Globes Certification, with 100+ rooms, a spa, a restaurant, and an event space. The mixed-use development includes two restaurants, retail, a ski school, a rental shop, a signature ski club, and below-grade parking. Located steps from the River Run gondola, Kindred Resort enhances the area with its thoughtful design and community-focused improvements, bringing fresh energy to Keystone's base.
